Is my code reusable / can the balance be transferred?

All codes are unique and single use and the balance is non-transferrable. Any balance left over when using your voucher will be lost once the transaction has been completed.


What happens if my voucher code isn't working?

There is a limit of 1 voucher code per dealership, each code is unique and can only be used once.

You must have the 'Retail Award 2025 Winners Pack' in your basket in order for the voucher to work.

If you have deleted this from your basket, please click here to add it back into your basket.


Is there an order limit?

Quantity limits apply to individual items and are displayed on each items product page.


What if I have an issue with my order?

The Retailer Awards merchandise store is managed by a third-party (Arcadia Ltd) for all store-related things including, but not limited to, dispatch of merchandise, refunds, returns, and exchanges.

How have the product prices been chosen?

We aim to offer the best possible prices to retailers and have priced items at cost with the aim of offering larger items at a cheaper rate and enabling our retailers to benefit from economies of scale savings.


When can I expect my delivery?

Please note: All products are made to order and can take up to 28 days to be fulfilled.


VAT and Invoices.

All prices include VAT. If you spend more than your voucher value, Arcadia will send you an invoice for the credit card payment.
